Peer Review and Acceptance Rate
Education Leadership Review (ELR) is the official peer-reviewed journal of the National Council of Professors of Educational Administration and published in Fall (October) and Spring (April). The National Council of Professors of Educational Administration is committed to the practice and study of educational administration. Established in 1947, the National Council of Professors of Educational Administration (NCPEA) continues its commitment to serve the interests and needs of professors of educational administration and practicing school leaders. What ELR Seeks in Manuscripts
1-address the issues of diversity and improved school effectiveness
2-expand the intellectual boundaries and content of the knowledge base
3-demonstrate the linkage between practice and theory
4-promote greater understanding of issues of professionalism
5-unpack complex issues of improving leadership preparation
6-report exemplary research practices and/or research
